Key Responsibilities
As part of the finance team, you’ll play a vital role in managing and maintaining the company’s financial operations. Your core duties will include:
- Managing daily accounting operations in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Using QuickBooks and other accounting software to record and organize financial data.
- Reconciling bank statements, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining transaction accuracy.
- Handling accounts payable and receivable with attention to detail.
- Ensuring timely processing of bank payments and company expenses.
- Maintaining general ledger records and producing financial summaries.
- Applying analytical skills to identify accounting issues and resolve them promptly.
- Ensuring compliance with internal financial policies and government regulations.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply.
- A minimum of 1 year of accounting experience is an advantage.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis.
- Basic understanding of accounting software (training will be provided).
